I have a similar case but it is a bit different. I have an account with an email which i am trying to recover because I have not used this account in ages and i have forgotten the password. How ever the link that is supposed to send me a password reset link isn't reaching my email. It says that they have sent an email for password reset to my email. How ever I am not receiving anything. I have tried to do this on both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Can someone tell me what is wrong wit that link? Or what I should do to recover that account?
