Pending Payment?

So I've tried purchasing something online through my bank account, the price was 22 Euros. I'm in Canadian currency.

When I tried to purchase the item it put my payment on pending, I tried reading up on this but it's not helping me at all. Nobody explains how the seller can accept the pending payment or even cancel it. Although I did read somewhere you just have to wait for 21 days, I do want to know how the seller can accept my pending payment.

I'm glad that you both decided to reach out to the Community for assistance with this issue. I don't know what happened but it is very likely that the seller needs to adjust their payment receiving preferences to allow for the receipt of different currencies.
