My son is attending University in Brazil and I was wondering if I could send money to his Brazilian bank account through PAYPAL. Can someone explain how to do this if possible.
You can send from one paypal account to another world wide.
Then he can withdraw to any bank account he has linked to his paypal account.
You will get cross border fees but if you send via friends / family and fund it from funds in your balance OR instant bank transfer that should reduce the costs.
Fees are the bottom of every paypal page.
