Paypal keeps hitting my credit card with $1 charges. I'm used to this when I'm either trying to pay for something or if I had changed my credit card - neither of these apply. But over the last 3 days, I've gotten over 30 notices that Paypal is charging my credit card $1. Why is this happening?
