Buyer canceled payment after receiving shipment

How do I get my Money? The buyer says she did not cancel and She's happy with the shipment. Do I need to phone paypal or ebay or what?

Not clear as what happened. Why would she be happy and cancel payment?

Did she changed her mind, canceled, recieved the product and changed her mind again?

If she knows the payment was canceled and she hasn't paid for the product, just ask her to make another payment.

If she refuses, I would call paypal and have a copy of all the correspondance you have had with her about recieving the product.

My item is still on it's way to their house and the transaction says they cancelled?!!!!!

That's a pure scam going on on eBay and Pay pal. 

There is a slim chance they will get the item and the money, but nothing will cost them to try. At the end they can use your item for 45 days make some money on it and return it for a full refund by Pay pal (no questions asked). That's what happened with my $7000 camera. It was purchased from me by a rental camera company, paid with a credit card. They rented it out for three weeks, then they sent it back to me for no reason and they got the full refund with no questions asked by pay pal. So they made some serious money without using real money at all. I did stop using eBay and Pay pal for transactions over $1000. No more free rent to anybody

Certainly sorry to hear about the difficulties that you've experienced that have brought you here to the boards. 😞

 

I'm a little confused as to how this would've happened, and would probably recommend giving us a call so we can review your account and get to the bottom of the situation.

 

The only way that a buyer could cancel a transaction is if they paid via echeck, in which case we would've notified you not to ship until that cleared.  If there was a dispute PayPal would've notified you of that fact and asked you for specific information.  So we'll need to investigate what's happened.

This same thing just happened to me.  I shipped the item the day after they paid.  It says cancelled, but it also still says that the payment should clear tomorrow. SO confused!

Why would you assume a buyer cannot cancel an order?! That is the reasonable right of a buyer! And a buyer does not have to accept a shipment if it is invalid for many reasons!

I canceled an order. The item was shipped anyway! Buyer did not accept shipment. Why would a buyer NOT wish to have money refunded for an item not accepted?!

It is difficult to call eBay's customer service and get a valid response. Customers are required to follow the menu and choose topics from a drop down. If the problem is not within the context the customer is ran in circles.

 

I did eventually get in contact with a customer service representative, followed the advice given to me by eBay's agent but the resolution center followed a different path and removed the money from paypal account. Now the customer has their money and my product.

 

It appears ebay is not scam proof and fraudulent transaction can occur without recourse.

Buyer says I received shipment.   FedEX and I say the shipment was sent back! What next! PayPal is investigating, but gives no way to send supportive evidence!. Now What?!
