I made a purchase using Bill me Later knowing that I would be receiving Ebay Gift Cards. Can the Ebay Gift Cards be used as payment towards Bill Me Later balance and/or applied to PayPal account available funds balance?
eBay gift cards are available to be applied towards purchases on eBay.com. They exist in your PayPal account as a redemption code, similar to a coupon, that works only on eBay.com and cannot be redeemed for cash or placed into your PayPal balance.
