Can I transfer money from my neobux balance to my friend payPal account ?

I want to do that because my country doesnt support receiving payments but the country ,where my friend lives, supports receive payments  , so I want to send money from my neobux balance (Not payPal balance) in neobux.com website to my friend's payPal account .I dont know if this could be possible to do , so please help me ..

Any answer It would be appreciated.

Notes:

-My friend lives in saudi  arabia (that supports reciving payments) and I live in Yemen .(that doesnt support receiving payments but support sending).

-neobux.com: is website give the chance to earn money by clicking ads.

If your country PayPal Account cannot receive payments that would mean that you cannot transfer the funds from your NeoBux Account to your PayPal Account and as you cannot attach some else's PayPal Account to your NeoBux Account, unfortunately you don't really have any good options.

But I have sending payments option , if I send funds from my neobux accounts to my payPal account and then resend that funds from my Paybal acount to my friend payPal account to make him do the actual reciving . Is it that possible ?

Yes that would work assuming you get the funds into your PayPal Account Balance, have you sent funds from your NeoBux Account to your PayPal Account before?

No ,I have not sent funds to my payPal before that why I ask if that's possible or not , so Can I send (from my neobux balance) funds to my payPal account with sending payments option only ., and then resend them to my friend payPal  account to make him do actal receiving funds?

Suggest trying, if it works, great, if not, then you have your answer.  I'm not sure it will work as you can only send funds from your account, not receive them according to this info.
