Can't provide a refund - This amount is greater than your current PayPal balance.

 I have a dispute from one of my customers. His money is holded.

I tried to issue a refund, but got this:

"This amount is greater than your current PayPal balance. Please add money to your balance or enter a lower refund amount."

I have enough money on my balance.

Refund amount nominated on  EURO, my account balance in USD.

Could this be a problem?

Hi @alex7xl!

Great question! It sounds like you'll want to transfer the USD balance into EUR to be able to refund the payment. Here's how to convert your balance to another currency:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click PayPal balance under your profile photo.
3. Click Manage currencies.
4. Enter the amount you want to convert under Currency Exchange.
5. Select the currency to convert the funds from.
6. Select the currency to convert the funds to.
7. Click Calculate to see the currency conversion.
8. Click Continue to transfer the funds.
9. Click Exchange Currency to confirm the transfer.
