Can't transfer money from payeer

Hello,

I've finaly desided to step out of the whole Cryptocoin world and decided to move all my money to my bank account.

So i've transferred my funds from BTC-e to Payeer becouse i've read that you can transfer money from payeer to paypal. Sadly this isn't the case anymore. I can't use a SEPA transfer becouse that requires me to transfer a minimum of 500 euro's.
Needless to say, i don't have that ammount of funds but i still want my money on my bankaccount.

Does anybody know a e-wallet site that can transfer funds to paypal becouse this is **bleep** and i want my money.

the easiest  way to do it is convert bitcoins into perfect money and  using any exchanger  transfer it to paypal account.
