Can you Add Lebanon On paypal please?

Hello. I live in Lebanon and I need to put my credit card on PayPal but I can't cause PayPal isn't available in lebanon. Please can you put Lebanon option in the register mode? I need to pay lots of things and put my credit card in paypal/

Please understand that it's not up to PayPal.   If PayPal could be in every country in the world, they would already be there.  Each country has their own unique laws, rules and regulations for both banks and transaction processing services.  As PayPal is a transaction processing service, they must abide by the rules and regulations of each individual country.  There are countries that PayPal can work with however, there are other countries that they cannot.  For example, some countries will only permit PayPal to allow users to "send" money or make purchases while other countries will allow PayPal to provide their full suite of features and functions.

May i please know what it is that is stopping paypal opening in lebanon i know you say rules and regulations what type of rules and regulations, who is stopping you the banks government or both, what is it you expect them to move so you are able to move. Help us help you to help us. we have millions of people waiting for paypal to open in lebanon, people living in and out of lebanon. We would appreciate if you could give us more detailed information so we are able to convince pressuris our government banks etc. To allow paypal in our country. As it is needed to improve many lives. Thanks in advance
