Email, money sent

I received an email saying ***** sent you money. To receive your money press here. This takes me to the PayPal login so I login and nothing happens, no money, no reason why it's not working, nothing. So how do I get the money?

Firstly were you expecting a payment from that person and does the link say anything about claiming the payment?

Are you selling something on ebay or somewhere else?

I hope its not a spoof email because if it was you may have given away your log in info to a scammer.

The email says "to claim your money follow this link" which leads to login to my account. The email is from my sister. When I login there is no money there. Could it be because the money was sent to my business account and I did not send an invoice?

Actually if you are being asked to claim it then it sounds more like it was sent to a personal account and funded by a card so paypal is asking you to upgrade to a business account to accept it???
