hello, this is my transaction below:

Order To American Eagle Outfitters, 46.98USD

here's soem errors that i couldn't solve.

i submitted an order in the amount of $46.98 USD to American Eagle Outfitters

bur American Eagle Outfitters didn't sen me an order number, so i can't check my order statement.

i want to cancel my transaction. what should i do?

i've already sent an email to  American Eagle Outfitters but i can't get in touch with them..

plz help

It sounds like you either checked out at AEO as a guest or perhaps entered an incorrect email address there- it's hard to say..

Does the transaction show up on your PP account?

If yes, you'll need to cancel the order through American Eagle Outfitters...
