Haven't received my money :(

On March 20th 2012 at 12 PDT, I transferred 200 Euros from Paypal to my bank account. It used to take no longer than 3 days to receive any amount, but now, I haven't received my money yet.  It has already over 6 days. Could you please help me?.

As a "nice" sidenote, yesterday I was sent another transfer to the same bank account from a REAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, yesterday morning to be precise and arrived today. BUT THEN WHY MY MONEY FROM PAYPAL STILL HASN'T ARRIVED YET????...FOR OVER A WEEK NOW!!!....It seems to me like somebody is playing a huge scam and using everybody's money to become richer. It's not  only fees here and there but now they retain OUR money on purpose to play with it with zero interest. This is really really dissapointing. I've been a paypal user for a very long time but I will certainly look for other ways to receive money, I rather pay a little extra but to have the cash avaliable instantly or almost instantly instead of this.

And the day ended and never recived any payment....I'll be fair and if I EVER get the payment I will post it here too. Nonetheless, this is a scam.

March 28th and there is NADA in my bank account. "Thank you" paypal!!! I

Ok, asI said I would be fair, I will be.

A few minutes ago I FINALLY got my money in my bank account. It took severa e-mails,phone calls,visits to the bank and maybe even postings here.

This is what I think it happened, since paypal and my bank don't know nothing.

On Friday my bank's deposit system went down (I called a friend in the bank) the day when the payment should have been deposited in. Then most likely the deposit went back to paypal, which just kept it there. Only until I called this last time the paypal representative said he would try to re-send it since he said there was no notification from my bank that they received it only paypal that they sent it.

And voila, the money went into the account.

So the money was refunded to paypay, paypal kept it there and only until I called they tried to send it again and it got there.

Scary and strange that paypal doesn't have a redundant try system 24 and 72 hours, but I guess they rather keep it to play with it, as usual.
