Having problem with PayPal case!

I bought some stuff from Oriental Trading last october. It came broken and all in glue, I was so ready to return it, could not find company return address, so I opened case in PayPal, thought they will contact them and give me the address to return stuff. I guess company never responded, so PayPal closed case and returned my money.

Now, later, I have letter from Oriental Traiding that I owe them money for that order, and if I won't pay, I'm in big trouble.
What should I do?

There's nothing to do, the case was closed by PayPal, you got a refund.

I understand, but now they calling me and sending letters from Oriental Trading, that I owe them money for that order. And if I won't pay, they will charge my card or something else...
