How can I withdraw my paypal funds to my debit card?

my debit card is verified and confirmed, I don't know how can I withdraw my funds to my debit card. Everytime I click Withdraw it tell's me to add a bank account. Please Help!

You can only withdraw from your paypal balance to a bank account in the US. 

You can't withdraw to a card, that is why its telling you to link a bank account !!

Even though you can't withdrawal cash on the linked debit card, can you swipe at places like, say a gas station to pay for goods?

Linked non-PayPal branded cards do not work that way.  If you swipe your bank account's check/debit card at a merchant, it doesn't withdrawl from PayPal, it withdrawls from your bank account.  See this

it works if you have a Paypal debit card.

You can ask paypal to send you a check to withdraw funds.
