I have payment confirmation from the seller but not PayPal, Help?

i made a routine purchase from Game.com using a PayPal account, I received a confirmation email from them with my purchase confirmation as well as a receipt with my order number and was then waiting for my digital download codes to be emailed to me except thy never came, I spoke to their customer team they said that they have been dispatched but we're awaiting confirmation, when I checked the PayPal account there was no record of the purchase being made, anyone have any ideas, many thanks

If there is no record of the payment in your PayPal recent acivity list, then no worry as you still have your money.

If funds were taken but file is not available, then file a dispute for item not received.
