I checked my bank transactions and I see the payment has already been done. Twice actually already. But now paypal wants to take out money once again for the third time. I bought a graphics card on ebay and this happening. I can't buy another thing on ebay until I pay this apparent debt again. How can I fix it so that I don't have to? I already paid twice... For the item. As if I wasn't dissapointed already.
