Paying In Store ToysRUs

Went to toysrus today and saw a pay with paypal button on the credit card scanner. So I tried it but it asked for my phone number and a pin.  Where exactly do I set that up?  Girl at the counter wasn't too sure.  Thanks.

Where do i get a pin to use paypal at stores
