Payment hold

Hi, I made I purchase on ebay on monday and paypal put a hold on it and I want to know how long this takes. because I really want my item. The seller is not a newbie so I am not sure it they should ship first or not.  Thanks for any help.

Whether you really want it in a hurry or not is not relevant to PayPal placing a hold.  There is something suspicious about the tranaction or item.

If you want to know the reason you will need to phone PayPal customer service for help.  Use the one-time passcode option.
