Payment not processed

I have been having difficulty sending a payment to the online merchant Mojang AB using my Paypal balance.  Over multiple attempts, I have encountered a page stating that the payment was not completed.  I had hoped that someone on this end might be able to shed some light on this problem, as I have been able to find very little information on my own.

Speaking to someone at Minecraft, it seems the problem may be an anti-fraud measure flagging the purchase.  So if anyone could direct me on how to attack the problem from that angle, it would be appreciated.

I have been trying for days to pay and eBay balance with paypal and no luck..Also looking

for answers....

We have experienced a problem with our merchant account that accepts credit cards disconnecting from our ebay account.  We have worked hard with PayPal and ebay to try to fix this and they are working on it.  It is a complex problem apparently so may take a little time to resolve. 

We have tried invoicing through PayPal and even those wanting to pay with a credit card have several free times before the PayPal account is required.  We are also taking payments over the phone through Virtual Terminal to try to help our buyers. 

Hopefully they will have it repaired soon.
