As of April 2015 PayPal My Cash is still not working. I purchased a card and put $60 US on it. Tried following the www.paypal.com/cash link. After logging in and entering my card's pin I get a page that only says null in red letters.
I called the 855-721-5035 number on their contact us page but only get a recording that links back to the home page.
Their recordings tell me my card is active and tells me the amount is $60 and I have not transfered any funds yet.
I tried different browsers, computers, networks, days of week and times during day and night hours. All with the same pathetic end result....... null.
I have called PayPal support 4 times now and they tell me My Cash is a different 3rd party company. PayPal support was nice enough to try My Cash support but after several minutes on hold they could not raise a support rep either. They ended the call the same, "I am very sorry, there is a glitch in the system and we are not able to help with this"
I've found negative comments about PayPal My Cash dating back to 2012 with the same problem. I will be calling the Regional Director for Dollar General where I bought the card and tell him they need to pull these from all their stores. The system is broken and no one answers their phone to help. Glad I only put 60 on the card and not like some poor soles that put hundreds on it.
Think we all need to call the State Attorney General's Office next about this scam.
PayPal would be wise to break ties with this company since their name is all over the website and cards. MoneyPak worked so smooth for me. Not one issue with that company in years. But now they don't work with PayPal.
