I tried using mobile top up with tele2. i but in my phone number and then the pin. it then said the current payment could not be modified. please start a new payment. my question is that did it go to my phone bill still or nothing happen?
Since I can't see your account, I couldn't tell you. Check your bank/card for a charge. If you don't see one, most likely nothing happened. To be sure you could always call PayPal, they can look it up and find out real quick
