Paypal transcaion phone number

On my paypal settings , i changed the old phone to my new phone and make it primary and remove the old one.

but when i want to buy something before i purchase its ask 

Security check with my old phone number , which i dont have access to it.

how do i change it ? i tried everything...

You have to wait to next day from the time you change it for the number to update.  It happened to me when I change number. It don't update right away so I wait next day to check settings and it finally updated.

Still having the same problem .. any suggestions?

Did you also update the phone number in your credit card account and bank account?  All info must match with all accounts.  Something is triggering the security measure.
