Pinecone Research Payment for Surveys not received

I joined the survey site Pinecone Reasearch to make a little extra spending money a few months ago. For the most part it was fine, I had done a few surveys and had my money sent to me through the mail via check. On June 23rd I was offered to use Paypal as a payment option since I had done enough surveys to warrant it. Same day I confirmed, enetered all the required information, and even responded saying that I had done so. On June 24th I got an email response thanking me and saying that my payment method had been switched to Paypal. By the end of the day I cashed out once for $9, and then the next day for $3. I got the confirmation for cashing out like I usually did, and waited 2-3 days.
Having not recieved anything from Paypal saying I had money sent to me, and not seeing it in my account, I emailed the site asking if I had done something wrong. I got an auto response saying my payment method was set to Paypa; I responded saying that I still hadn't recieved anything and was getting worried. The next day I recieved a response stating I could only use Paypal if I were invited to do so, which I was. Confused, I responded saying I was, and was replied to once again stating "your payment method has been set to paypal.".
Being fed up, I went to their help section and sent a long, detailed message about what was going on and how I wanted to know where my money was and if I had done something wrong. They responded within a few days asking me to forward the invite to paypal to them. I did, and never heard back anything from them.. After a few more days, I sent another strongly worded letter to them asking once again where my money was and why I hadn't recieved it yet. I got "Thank you. your payment method has been switched to Paypal."
Having given up, I managed to find a customer service number and called to complain. The woman took my info and logged a missing payment complaint for me. A day or two later,. I was responded to with an email stating:
"Your incentive was processed from our panel payment e-mail address.
Pinecone Research sends your incentives to the Pay Pal email address you provided. Any transfers of funds to a bank account or other incentive selections are made through Pay Pal. Please contact them or visit their website for further troubleshooting in this area.
To check your payment activity, log into the Member Login section of the Pay Pal site (http://www.paypal.com) and click the history tab. If you need further assistance, please reply on this email with your PayPal email address."
Basically stating "your money is set to Paypal. Check your Paypal balance. You should have a log in your history from us." When OBVIOUSLY I do not because I have been emailing them for 3 weeks stating "I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY IN MY PAYPAL FROM YOU WHERE IS IT."
So after calling the help line again and retelling an uninteresed person everything over again, I am told that a case was opened and I should recieve contact from someone via email soon. I told them I got the email stated above and was told "oh good, you got in contact with someone already. Just give it a few days and talk with them."
I'm very tired of talking to robots and getting barely related auto responses telling me stuff I already know. I need help.

As this is a member to member help group, were not the same as customer support. We can help with many PayPal specific issues because most of us are online business owners who have used PayPal for years. However, you're issue is a bit beyond the scope of what we do. When someone sends you funds, you will get an email notification from PayPal saying so and there will be a record of the transaction once you accept the funds in your Account Transaction History.
Per your post, you haven't received any notice from PayPal but, have received an email from the service. Seems the issue has more to do with the service you're dealing with at this point which technically PayPal can't do anything about. If the service was doing what they are supposed to be doing, then you would be receiving a PayPal email and seeing funds in your PayPal Account. Unfortunately at this point it appears that the service is just stalling you.

I'm having the same problem. I've been with Pinecone Research for several years and I've been having them send my payments to PayPal for at least two years. This time the payment is missing and I can't seem to get ANY response from Pinecone Research. PayPal has tried to research the problem, but absent a transaction number from Pinecone Research, there's not much they can do, other than tell me there's nothing wrong with my PayPal account and there's been no money transferred to it from BBI Marketing, which also has a PayPal account and is the vendor Pinecone Research uses to make its PayPal payments to its clients. I've been trying to get a response from Pinecone for a week now! I'm very frustrated!
