Postcode lottery

Postcode lottery charge me every month 10.32£ from 1 and half year. I sent them an email to stop because my options was only for one month to play but they said that they can't do this and i'm still charged and i'm not happy with this. Somebody can do something with this?

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.
