From start, i'm sory for my bad english. So, i exchanged trough RCHANGE 51.19USD from egopay, them send me 48.67USD in paypal. All good, but two days later, Paypal put an hold on my money, and after another 2 weeks, you guys, reversed the payment to RCHANGE, why ? I know it's not much, but still. So what can i do ? If i opened a request for that amount it's allright ? I want some advices, it's the first time when i use paypal and from this first time it's worse.
