I bought a game of Steam and I did not liked it and asked for a refound that later I got ("WWW.Steampowered.com just sent you a partial refund of €9.98 EUR for your purchase") Steam said it will take up to 7 days and after2 days I got this message.Few days ago I also refounded 35€ from Steam and got it back on my paypal in 2 days.Paypal activity shows that I recieved money and that that is last activity I had so the money was not spent but ballance still says 0 and I cant buy anything.btw paypal costumer service is useless,after waiting for 2 days all I got was an automated message with most useless "solutions".
