Refund from Gearbest to Paypal / Skrill debitcard

Hello, Gearbest webstore has refunded my money correctly to my Paypal account on monday. I have received a ticket from Paypal that the refund will be transferred the to my Skrill debitcard. However i still do not see the money. How long will it takes before it is available again? Thank you, Marvon

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c.

I have ordered a mini projector from <remove>(made payment through my credit card), however after reading reviews I got scared and asked to cancel my order. They said that I would get refund in 3-5 business days. I am bit scared now because I am not sure if they have really initiated a refund.

Could some one please help on how to raise a ticket in Paypal about the refund amount?

Hi sudheer51,

Have you received the refund? If you have not, please contact the merchant to inquire. If the refund is performed, you will see it in your PayPal account. Even if it's marked "pending", the refund itself will appear as soon as the seller initiates it.

If it shows "completed" on your Paypal account, then you need to contact your seller and ask for a cancellation.

I requested refund from them but they send them to their "GB Wallet" How can i get my money back to my bank account. This is robbery sending them money means they will keep them despite everything. Is there any PayPal guarantee to get my money back from them?
