Scam? PayPal Credit Letter - Account Balance Overdue - I don't have PayPal Credit!!

Hi everyone

I just received a letter from a "David Quinn, Collections Manager" from PayPal credit saying my account balance is 682 GBP and I haven't made a payment. The letter is asking me to call PayPal on 0800 368 7151 - but this number is unobtainable. 

I don't have a PayPal credit account! Is this a scam or for real?

Is this a paper letter or email?

As a precaution, Log on directly at PayPal via their home page to check if there is an overdraft or any other issues just in case.
