Can someone help clarify this for me. Iv done some research but haven't found an exact situation to mine. I bought something online and used paypal to pay. I had some money in my paypal account and the rest came from my bank account to pay for the item. The seller ran out of my size and canceled the order. The transaction says pending. When I go into the details it says refund will be issued when bank finalizes transaction. The issue is my bank account didn't doesn't show anything withdrawn from that paypal transaction. I'm assuming because it was canceled. The order was placed 10 days ago. I have made other paypal transactions after and they came right out of my bank account. Do I just have to wait the 30 days for paypal to refund me after the transactions been pending ?
