Trouble Linking a OneVanilla Prepaid visa card to Paypal

I purchased a OneVanilla prepaid visa card (debit) today and went to the onevanilla website to "register" it by adding in my zip code. However, when I attempt to link the card to paypal under either prepaid card or under debit card paypal says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." This is quite frustrating because the onevanilla website states my card's status as "active". Please help me! Thanks.

Paypal has recently changed something that does't allow you to connect onevanilla visa cards to your account. I literally have connected like 30 onevanilla cards to my paypal account and now they randomly don't work. I called Paypal and they said that its not one their end and that my address wouldn't verify and said that it was the wrong billing address. This isn't true because I called OneVanilla and they said that it is NOT on their end and that Paypal has recently changed something. The guy I spoke to at OneVanilla said that they have been getting thousands of calls every day asking about it and that he actually three-way called Paypal with one customer on the end and they finally admitted that they changed something and are no longer allowing people to connect them to their accounts. 

I think its ridiculous that they are lying about it and saying that they haven't changed something, because clearly they have.

Ahhhh. It's frustrating! I have always used onevanilla visa, and worked flawlessly. It never took the onevanilla mastercard, but visa always worked, until today. I am so mad about this. It's not like I can get a refund for this prepaid card, so I'm stuck with 50 gift card.
