How can I make a payment on my Discover card, or any other credit card using the money I have in my PayPal balance? For many reasons I don't want to transfer money to my bank account. Do I have other options? If so, which one is less expensive?

Unfortunately you can't unless the card offers PayPal as a method of payment.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
