Western union transfer to PayPal?

Can I transfer money to my own account via western union? All I keep finding is stuff about a scam.. I'm not trying to scam myself lol I live in a very small town with limited resources, have no bank account and cash that I want avaliable in my Paypal account rather than in my pocket.

Per the Western Union web site, that's not a feature they offer.
