As many of you know - Direct Express is the card used by Social Security recipients and has a MasterCard logo on it. My GF wants to sign up for paypal so she can use Ebay but I cant get past the part where it asks for a bank name and routing number, I searched her bank website and google and cant find anyhing - Does anyone know if a Direct Express card can be used for paypal and what I am doing wrong?
