Hi, before that please bare with my english as my english is not that good.
So my question is if we want to linking new bank card (i already link one before, this is the new one), is there any charges or fees that i will faced if the linking process succesful? i got a sms from my bank after linked the new card, cost me bout 1.08 usd.

If you elected to get sms notification, then yeah you will be charged but you can turn sms off can't you?
When you link new card, PayPal makes a test charge on your card and you log on to PayPal via website or use mobile app to confirm the 4-digit code from your card account. After confirmation, PayPal refunds the test charge which should credit it back to your account within 30 days.
thanks for your reply, im not bother the sms actually. i just wondering if paypal charged me to add new card. before this i do aware of the test charge and they refund me back as credit in the acc, its cost me RM10 (malaysian currency) but this time its cost me only RM4.42 and not appearing on the transaction history.
p/s: btw im not yet click on the confirm card yet at my wallet.
