i'm trying to back a project on indiegogo, but everytime i try to complete the transaction i get the error "your payment can't be completed. Please return to the participating website and try again." wich sends me back to the first page. anyone know what i can do to resolve this? i've tried a different card, i tried getting verified. and i've tried several times at different times.
I was having this exact same problem and this fix totally worked! My account is verfied, i have no clue what the problem was, i emailed tech support and they were super unhelpful, but completing the transaction without logging into either Indiegogo or Paypal worked perfectly. This makes so little sense. Go figure.
