PayPal had a "buy from ulta using PayPal, get 10$ off" so I tried that. My balance was only 5.30 it should had taken off that and 4.70 from my other payment. However, it did not! (I spent over 60$ in total at ulta) I now owe 5.30 to PayPal. I'm confused and upset because I'm sure my bank account will freeze.
