For starters, this has got me very confused and it may confuse others but I need answers nor advice on what to do. On April 6th, I ordered shoes from Adidas using Paypal. I also recieved my order on the 11th. After paying, I recieved the receipt from Paypal and Adidas that showed everything was completed. All of sudden, after logging into my paypal after about a week, my purchase from Adidas is back under 'Pending' and the money that was taken out for my shoes is now back in my account but there is nothing that shows a refund. Why is Adidas or Paypal doing this if the transaction was already taken out? Did they accidently refund me? I really don't know what to assume, hoping that someone else went through this and can really help me. I don't want to risk touching that money if they ended up reprocessing the entire order which I wouldn't understand why.
I ordered directly from the site using my PayPal balance/PayPal debit card. I got an email from PayPal saying the amount that was taken out for the shoes was successfully taken out. It was listed under completed but now is back under the pending tab.
No other details, there was a tracking number but I already received my order in the mail. I'm located in Pennsylvania the shipment was sent from South Carolina
Weird thing, this exactually happened to my friend too. She's freaking out cause she has the shoes, but no money was taken out and paypal says pending as well. Hope goes alright for you and my friend. Still not update about it with her.
