Game looked good; bought a digital download overnight. Tried to play it, and realized the keybd could not be remapped to my needs. Game locked up in a simple place at the beginning. I requested my money back, and was ignored. There is no phone # to talk to them. Imagine that-- No # to talk to PayPal was found either. I want to explain that they ignored my refund--which fell WITHIN the requirements to do so. I want my money back, but PayPal just said I can't have it and that the dispute was found in favor of the seller BULL!!! I want to talk to a rep and tell the truth that VAlve software is ripping me off. I am NOT a kid--63yrs old. I do NOT lie or steal. I need a representative to contact me. Thank you.
