Can I get some sort of assistance or is this a way of Paypal holding the funds..

Hello,

I will try to explain everything to my best knowledge. I've done transactions with a certain seller (currently at 11th transaction), all successful on both ends. At first I used to panic and I filed a dispute since he wasn't answering my phone at the exact moment I was calling or rubish stuff like that (in the meantime I've learned to be more patient).

However, at first after I sent the payment(s) and received the good I could've just "Confirmed" the transaction and that was it, lately I couldn't do that and that put me and the seller in a tough situation since he had to wait already for a payment made on 9th of September, until the 30th. Thought that was a bug since I had my account limited at that time due to a verification.

Afterwards 2 more transactions occured and still the same thing, I couldn't mark the payment as completed.

Now comes the awful part, I've contacted Paypal (US) by phone and they can't assist EU persons. I've contacted Paypal through Facebook and I was told my case will be forwarded to a superior/senior (please note that was 3 days ago) and still no answer.

I kindly asked Paypal and provided proof on Facebook that I can't do it myself and I requested assistance in marking the transactions as completed, on my side, no answer. I've kept in touch with the seller and he called Paypal, he was told to wait 7 days, is this some scheme to keep the money longer or what's actually happening?

Why am I being ignored since I am using Paypal as a payment platform and it's actually important between me and the seller since there are money at stake and a healthy relationship???

Hi there,

You should contact PayPal via Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" (if calling from outside the U.S.). Since this is an issue with a transaction, PayPal rep will be able to assist you.
