Cancellation Number

Hi,

I had a subscription for vidIQ's monthly plan. But the service never went through so I cancelled the subscription. But, the payment went through ($49). I talked to their support asking them to give me a refund since I cancelled the service, and I never got it. 

When I go all the way to "Subscriptions", it asks me a few questions, and then asks about a cancellation number. What is that? And, where do I find that?

Hey MintMaterial,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the subscription. 😞 Based on the information you provided, it sounds like you may be disputing the charge. If this is the case, the cancellation number would be the number provided by the merchant when you cancelled your service with them. If you don't have this information, I would advise disputing the charge under a different reason that applies to the situation.
