Cannot Change Credit Card to Another

Hi, 

Some reason, Paypal isn't allowing to change my credit card on one account to my checking account on another (I recently swiitched banks) and want to close out the older bank account. When I try to remove the older card from my wallet, it gives me this message-

We are not able to process your request. Please try again later.

Anyone else have an issue with this?

What?  You have one PayPal account with a credit card linked and you want to change it to a bank account on another PayPal account?

If you want to change or delete a card, add the new card first.  Then go back into the new card and mark it as primary.  Then you can delete or keep the old one if you want.

Same with bank account.  Add and verify the new one first.  Then go back in to make the new bank the primary and then delete the old one.  You cannot delete the primary funding source until you designate another primary to replace it.

No, only one Paypal account. Just changed my banks so I want to change the way I pay. I have all of the information in my wallet for the new account and have it set as the default account for Paypal to take money from, but it's still taking money from my old bank account (which I'm trying to close out).

Try using this link to remove your old bank.  Log in to your account first, then use the link:
