A guy send payment as gift 5 days ago but I haven't receive it yet

If there is no record of this payment at all in your account activity:

1) they may have sent payment to wrong email address

2) did not sent payment at all.

3) maybe a scammer

4) if paid by bank, there maybe some delay but record of transaction would be showing in your acct
