According to PayPal Working Capital FAQs "How does PayPal Working Capital work?"
"You repay the loan and fee with a percentage of your PayPal sales."
Friends & Family payments are not sales payments so....

ps, if you keep up with sales, while receiving the casual F&F payments, it should prove in good faith that you are repaying your loan back and not doing anything sneaky. PayPal security/risk model is pretty sophisticated for all of their products.

I can say from exerience that any payment coming in to your paypal account - no matter the source - even cashback bonuses from using the paypal business debit card - will trigger a payment of your agreed upon percentage of that amount to PPWC on the next day.
