Does it show as unclaimed on your side or the senders side?
Are you the seller or the buyer?
Does it say if there is a cancel option next to it?
Do you have a personal or a business account?
Is the payment that was sent in your own countries currency?

I have an unclaimed payment in my Business account. I have never seen this before. THere was no email about the payment or claiming it sent. I have asked the customer to cancel it and send it again and she blew up at me. I have called paypal and was told to ask her to cancel it. I don't want to fill her order without a payment and now she is demanding it. My website is handmade gloves and turn around is 7 days right now as posted. Paypal said I can do nothing . There is no accept button.

Old thread here but considering your post revived it just wanted to chim in to you issue. If there is an unclaimed payment it is 99% of the time due to the client sending a payment to wrong the email address. Can you see it under your business account? I doubt it. If she is unwilling to cancel the payment, which is an easy process, and re-send the money I would be inclined to think something is fishy and you are better off not doing business with him/her As a general rule it is always best to send an invoice for payment if the customer has not used your shopping cart to purchase the item. Sounds like he or she just sent a payment without doing either which would leave you covered by less of a safety net to fraud. My advice is just tell the client you can't do anything about her purchase but do wish her the best while being as polite as possible.
