I set up a donation button on YouTube and it works but the payment screen that comes up doesn't show that the donation is for the YouTube Channel. Instead, the payment screen looks like everyone is donating to my merchant account. Has anyone else had that problem or know how to fix it so that the payment screen shows that donations are for the YouTube Channel?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
