When I purchase something using Paypal credit, that transaction is added to The balance of my Paypal account but then the same transaction appears on my attached credit card so I am billed twice. This has been going on for two years and I didnt realize it. Why does this happen? Thanks
Do you see two transactions in your PayPal account? If there is only one transaction, that means one purchase was completed and there wouldn't be a way for it to charge two funding methods. I'd recommend reaching out to our phone support team so they can go over the transaction log with you. You can obtain our number by going to the 'Help & Contact' link at the bottom of the PayPal page and choosing to call customer support.
