Why do I get emails saying collect my money,and it says from paypal and Panelpayout,but it's like robbing ppl blind and giving them a run around,that's not right too do to anyone,PayPal should be responsible for paying us poor ppl,that thinks there actually getting money wen there not,like running throughout loop t loop,pay out,shame on you pay us poor ppl
