Exceeded amount for withdrawal? What is this?

I wanted to transfer an amount that is available and it said that I excedeed the amount. After I clicked on increase the limit, it said it will take few minutes, but i still cannot transfer my money after 48 hrs. Do you know why this happens? Thank you.
