I ordered a set of DVDs off of eBay a few weeks back and when i received the package and opened it, it was a box of cat food inside. Of course i contacted the seller who vehemently denied that is what he was sent and refuses to issue a refund. eBay wont help because i already contacted paypal and paypal is telling me they wont help either...
